Masters Prepared, Board Certified Labor & Delivery Nurse and Educator

About Nurse Sascha

That gap in care is what inspired me to build this business.

While working in the hospital, I noticed the same pattern over and over again: families received excellent care while they were admitted, but went home alone with a newborn, a stack of paperwork and more questions than answers.

I've always known I wanted to care for people, which is what led me to become a Labor & Delivery nurse.

Bridging the gap between hospital care and confident parenthood.

Nursing gave me the clinical foundation, becoming a nursing professor deepened my passion for education, and motherhood gave me a perspective that no textbook ever could.

Today, my mission is to bridge the gap between hospital care and confident parenthood through expert guidance, compassionate support and education. I want mothers to feel just as cared for as their babies, and every family to have someone they trust throughout one of life's biggest transitions.

As both a nurse and a mother of two, I've experienced pregnancy, birth and postpartum from both sides.

This is the community I grew up in, and the one I've chosen to keep caring for.

Los Angeles has always been home. I was born in Woodland Hills, I’m raising my children here, and I've had the privilege of caring for mothers and babies in the same hospitals that have been part of my own story.

Born here, raised here, still here.

My Roots

It's about having direct access to someone experienced, without settling for one-size-fits-all advice.

Concierge care isn't a luxury.

My job isn't to help you do this ‘perfectly’, it's to help you do this confidently.

There is no perfect parent.

You shouldn't have to rebuild trust with a new provider every time your needs change.

Continuity matters more than convenience.

Once a baby arrives, attention naturally shifts. I’m here to make sure it doesn't shift away from you entirely.

Mothers deserve as much care as their babies.

Knowledge builds confidence, and changes how you experience this season of your life.

Education should build confidence.

What I Believe

Although my work has expanded into education and concierge maternal and newborn care, I continue to work at the bedside because it keeps me connected to the families I serve and the realities of modern labor and delivery. It allows me to provide guidance that is not only evidence-based, but informed by current hands-on clinical experience.

The experience behind the care:

I'm not here to tell you how to parent or to create dependence on me. I'm here to walk alongside you, answer the questions keeping you up at night, and help you build the kind of confidence that lasts well beyond our time together.

Everything starts with listening. Before I offer a single suggestion, I want to understand your concerns and what this season looks like for you specifically. No two families get the same plan, because no two families are the same.
