How We Begin
Questions families often ask
The FAQs
Will I be working with Sascha directly?
Yes. Sascha is your point of contact from your first consultation onward, and the one who builds your care plan. For certain visits, she may bring in a trusted care partner, such as a contracted nurse, nurse practitioner or lactation consultant, but you'll always know in advance who's involved in your care and why.
How is pricing determined?
Every family's needs are different, so pricing is confirmed during your consultation once we understand what kind of support fits best, whether that's an RN, a doula or additional hours.
What happens to my $100 deposit?
This reserves your consultation. If you move forward with care, it's applied directly to your service. If you decide not to continue, the deposit covers the cost of your consultation itself.
My baby was in the NICU. Do we qualify for higher-acuity care?
Most likely, yes. A short screening simply helps us match you with the right level of clinical support from the start. Reach out and we'll walk through it together.
What if I'm not sure which service or package I need?
That's exactly what your consultation is for. Come as you are, we'll figure out the right fit together.
